What SensiFi is

SensiFi is an educational service that provides general information and illustrative, hypothetical models and benchmarks. It is not financial, investment, or tax advice, not a personal recommendation, and not an offer or invitation to buy or sell any investment. SensiFi is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not carry out regulated activities.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and [resident in the United Kingdom] to use the service.

No reliance

All content is general and for education only. Figures, simulations, and projections are hypothetical and are not guarantees. Make your own decisions and seek advice from an FCA-authorised adviser before acting. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the content. Please also read our Risk Disclosure.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding are owned by [SensiFi Ltd] or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view the content for your own non-commercial use.

Third-party links

We link to external sites (for example the Bank of England and MoneyHelper) for convenience and are not responsible for their content.

Beta and availability

The service is in development. Features, calculations, and projections may change, may contain errors, and are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
